We had a wonderful stay at the Scalelle. A lovely family-run place with a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious - everything fresh and homemade.They're very family-friendly - we felt right at home. Super friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended!

My review would be just about the restaurant. Is typical system of agriturismo, where you take the fixed menu for fixed price, typical dishes of zone, made out of fresh local products. 29€ for a decent amount of food. Food was good. Drinks payed extra. Good service. My best recommendation to try this place.

This masseria was incredible, the best meal we had in Salento. Everything was fresh and delicious and the staff were very friendly and kind. It’s just a short drive from Otranto (about 10 minutes). Highly recommend!

We stayed in the azienda for 4 nights to explore the southern part of Puglia and enjoyed it very much. The azienda is located in a good spot, where you could reach a lot of places of interest in a reasonable time. Andrea and his family are very sympathic and helpful. We had a very clean, good equiped apartment with a new furniture and a beautiful view on the landscape! The atmosphere there was very relaxing and calm. Additional to that, the azienda has a nice playground and a lot of animals which makes it especially great for kids! The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of delicacies and BIO products directly from the farm what we really enjoyed! All in all we had a great stay and enjoyed it very much. Grazie

By far the greatest quality of food for the price. You can taste all the local dishes in a great location with great people. Totally recommend!

My family and I were in the Otranto area for the day and decided to reserve a table for dinner at Scalelle. On arrival, we were amazed at the natural beauty of the area, surrounded by olive trees and large weeping willow type trees. The atmosphere was very relaxed, there were a small fools ball table for the children to entertain themselves, a football pitch, playground and a small zoo. Food choice was a set menu with starters, first course, second course, fruit, dessert, followed by coffee/limoncello. All prepared from fresh ingredients grown on the farm and served to us by the most efficient and friendly staff. I absolutely fell in love with the place and would definitely come back if i were ever to come back to the area. Thank you for the wonderful service, delicious food and beautiful surroundings.
